Self promotion is good but constant reviews by ownership can work in reverse.

I stopped in and got the chicken pot pie to go. It came with a big pile of REAL mashed potatoes that were buttery and yummy. The chicken pot pie had a fluffy, soft biscuit crust, plenty of delicious gravy, and tender chicken. It was so damn good I ate every bite. OMG. Now I can't move...all I can do is roll around on my back with my legs in the air, moaning softly.

But I'm happy : )

Second time there today and it's definately worth checking out if you like comfort food. Everything is home made and so good. Reasonable prices but they don't take credit cards. I've been for breakfast and lunch, both were excellent.

We stopped in yesterday for lunch. Had a delicious bowl of chicken soup and a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich. My friend had the veggie wrap with a side of potato salad. Everything was excellent-my friend is still raving about that potato salad!!

We finished with an individual pumpkin pie with gingerbread crust and whipped cream. It was easily big enough for 3 people but we did our best : )

The owner, Alicia, was super friendly and fun to chat with. She said everything is home made and I believe it. Really good food...we'll be back.
