Reviews!

This was the worst chinese food experience i have ever had. We ordered three takeout dishes. One of them was correct; the other two were the wrong dishes cooked abysmally. One of these dishes also included a nice side order of hair (yum). When I went to return these delicacies, the kind gentleman at the register told me that what I received was in fact what I had ordered and yelled at me for wasting his time. Interestingly, I had eaten what I had ordered from this fine establishment many times previously and it was never prepared in a way remotely similar to that which they served me. Additionally, when I tried to show him the hair, he said, and I quote, "That's not a hair, that's a noodle!".
In closing, I would recommend that no one ever eat at this restaurant.

other than the just OK sushi bar of if you have ANY reference decent chinese food, this place is the least common denominator of its kind. The ubiquitous 'brown sauce' on every dish, the weird oily taste on the fried appetizers, the strange aftertaste...just plain yucky. The best thing there is the Essex Roll from the sushi menu. C-; pick up your chinese food at Su Changs in Peabody. On Lowell St.

I have always liked this place but last week we ate out in the sun porch area (on the side by the parking lot) and it totally smelled like cat pee.

I'll stay out back in the sushi bar from now on.

Fortune Palace is the freshest food and the fastest for take out ever, including getting Sushi!
I wish, however, that the staff would clean the window sills and walls by washing them thoroughly along with the bathrooms. Cleanliness needs to be a priority as well as the food.
Otherwise, it's a great place for a family and functions.

YAY! Finally a sushi bar on Cape Ann, what a concept! Great sushi and nice atmosphere. As for the regular dining area, I can't comment as we've only gone there for sushi. The sake and green tea ice-cream are great too.

Newish to the town, I was hoping to find some good, local Chinese. No deal, the rice is bland, bland (not a THING in it other than the rice and dried pork), the chicken fingers were not good - these are pretty basic things in a Chinese place.

The lobster sauce was decent, but I wouldn't head back just for that when nothing else I tried (the basics) was right.

I stopped eating here. The last two visits have been horrific !!

Really bad service, dirty, and so so food.

It was at one time my favorite Chinese on the North Shore...now my favorite is The Iron Chef on Rt1 in Topsfield/Danvers (by Pont A Vecio)

I will never step food in FPII again.
