1 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup catsup
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 - 6 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp. ground ginger
Add ingredients to shakable container and shake until sugar is dissolved.

Use with beef, pork or poultry.
