Recipe Card for Low carb snack ~ Low-carb

1 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c sesame seeds
1/4 c water

pre heat oven to 325

Grind sunflower seeds to flour-like in a coffee grinder...combine sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and water in a bowl. Mix very well. ( I smoosh with my hands) Add salt and pepper, garlic powder,whatever you want to flavor...
put mixture on a large piece of parchment paper.. lay another piece of parchment on top and roll out mix with a rolling pin as thin as possible..carefully take of the top piece of parchment only ...score with a knife whatever size crackers you want ( i make them about the size of wheat thins)...bake on a cookie sheet about 20 min. until edges get a light brown...the middle will be an awful gray color...but don't over cook...
when cool, break apart on the score lines...
