Beef and Bean Bake
3 slices bacon
1 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 pound ground round
1 15 oz. can lima beans, drained
1 15 oz. can light red kidney beans, drained
1 oz. can pork and beans, undrained
1/2 cup ketsup
1/2 cup honey barbeque sauce
1/4. cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1. Cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
2. Cook beef and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble beef.
3. Place bacon, beef mixture, and remaining ingredients in a 3-1/2 quart crockpot and stir well. Cover with lid and cook on high setting for 1 hour. Reduce to low heat setting and cook for another 3-4 hours.
