1 Cup Milk
1 or 2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Teas Salt
1/8 Teas Pepper
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Shredded Muenster Cheese
1 Teas Italian Seasonings, more or less

Combine egg, flour, salt & pepper, and 1/2 of milk. Beat until smooth.

Add most of cheese, rest of milk, and seasonings. Bake in greased pie pan 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven, top with rest of cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
