Recipe Card for Muenster Cheese Pie ~ Cheese Dishes 1 Cup Milk 1 or 2 Eggs 3/4 Cup Flour 1/2 Teas Salt 1/8 Teas Pepper 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Shredded Muenster Cheese 1 Teas Italian Seasonings, more or less Combine egg, flour, salt & pepper, and 1/2 of milk. Beat until smooth. Add most of cheese, rest of milk, and seasonings.
