Recipe Card for Pancakes ~ Breakfast

1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat egg until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.

(For thinner pancakes, add additional milk, up to another 1/4 cup.)
