Recipe Card for Ham, Cream Cheese & Olive Hors D'Oeuvres ~ Appetizers & Hors D'Oeuvres

Ingredients:

Your favorite sliced deli ham (not sliced too thin - if sliced too thin it will not hold up when spreading the cream cheese on it)

Whipped cream cheese (use whipped for easy spreading)

Bottled green olives with pimento

Toothpicks


To assemble:

Spread a layer of cream cheese on a slice of ham. Roll ham slice, jelly-roll style. Slice roll into bite size pieces. Skewer an olive with a toothpick, then add a ham/cream cheese piece.

Arrange on a platter, garnish with pineapple slices. For a special presentation, stick hors d'oeuvres into a pineapple. This makes a deliciously unique centerpiece for a buffet table.
